MANILA (AdChoiceTV News) — Metro Manila Development Authority will continue to suspend coding scheme in the entire region for the entire week, covering July 5, Monday to July 9, Friday.

Meanwhile, City of Makati will still implement its own coding policy. Meaning, you need to be with someone else (at least another 1 person) in your vehicle to be able to pass through Makati without coding violation. But if you’re alone inside your vehicle on your coding day, you are not allowed to enter the City of Makati.
The coding suspension of other cities of Metro Manila includes Calabarzon and nearby provinces.

Truck Ban is still strictly implemented during this times in all major roads.
Metro Manila is still under GCQ as covid-19 cases maintains above 5,000 per day.

The pandemic task force approved protocols for fully vaccinated individuals in the country. The new policy counts vaccination cards as an alternative testing requirement for travel.
Meanwhile, OCTA Research warned against those with initial COVID-19 vaccine doses from being complacent, stressing that their protection from the virus is still incomplete.
- Active cases: 52,708 or 3.7% of the total

- Deaths: 86, or now 25,149 in total

On the other note, PHIVOLCS released an advisory warning of high levels of sulfur dioxide gas emission from Taal Volcano recorded at 22,626 tonnes/day, the highest ever recorded in Taal.
The parameters may indicate an eruption similar to the July 1, 2021 event may occur anytime soon.

PHIVOLCS reminds that Alert Level 3 prevails over Taal Volcano, and that the volcano’s island is a Permanent Danger Zone.
